a change in strategy (lyn)

I get out of bed and get on the scale: 124.6.  Up three pounds since Wednesday; that’s what a lot of pasta and desserts can do.

I go the grocery store and buy healthy foods.

I defrost shrimp for dinner.

Lunch is tuna with weight watcher crisps.

Exercise is a round trip walk to midtown, about three miles.

Dinner is a portabella salad with no shrimp (it was still wearing ice at 7pm).

Laughter is a phone conversation with my son.  I ask him to do something he doesn’t want to do.  His response:  “You’re lucky I talk to you every day.  That could easily change.”  My response:  “You’re lucky I’m getting you a new iPhone.  That could easily change.”
