I began tracking again a week ago. At weigh-in today I was down 2.6 pounds from last Wednesday. And surprisingly, my face does not look drawn. It looks better. I really only need one chin. 119 pounds might be hard to maintain, and I’m happy being at 121, but I need to stay no more than 122 or any new clothes I've purchased in the past three months might not fit.
It’s re-affirming to know that for me, the key to weight loss is two things: step on a scale each morning and track everything. It’s a simple formula and one that works.
