up (lyn)

I get to Weight Watchers and step on the scale.  I want this part of the day to be over quickly.  I know I’ll be up and I am.  Point eight pounds.  I can easily rationalize this.  I lost a significant amount last week (2.8 pounds).  I’m still down two pounds in two weeks.  Even staying on plan, the experts at WW say there will be some weeks where you gain.  Nonetheless, I feel the week has been wasted and now I’m just a tiny bit further from goal.
